Formula 1 Fanatec Bundle Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”)Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter of this Prize Draw is Formula One Digital Media Limited, No. 2 St James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH (the “
Promoter”).
2. Subject to paragraph 10 below, this Prize Draw is open to residents aged 18 and over of the EU, USA and other territories where its operation and the prizes are permitted. Where operation of this Prize Draw is not permitted by applicable law or regulation, this Prize Draw shall not be operated and residents of such jurisdictions are not permitted to enter.
3. The Prize Draw is not open to: (a) employees, contractors or agents of Promoter, their group companies or family members, freelance contributors, anyone else connected to the Prize Draw and their family members; or (b) public officials (as defined by applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010) and anyone connected to them.
4. By entering the Prize Draw you are accepting these terms and conditions (the “
Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions shall be effective for all entries into the Prize Draw and shall supersede and extinguish any other terms and conditions relating to the Prize Draw.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, the
terms of use of
formula1.com shall apply to your use of
formula1.com.6. HOW TO ENTER
6.1 The Prize Draw will run from 00.01 on Wednesday 26th May 2021 to 23.59 on Wednesday 8th June 2021 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. Entries received outside this time period will be void and will not be eligible to win any prize.
6.2 In order to enter the Prize Draw, participants must:
a) Visit and fill in the requested details;
6.3 The winner of the Prize Draw will be contacted via email. All participants must provide a valid email address at the time of entering the Competition. Any entry received without a valid email address will be void and the relevant participant will not be eligible to win any prize.
6.4 In entering the Prize Draw, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
6.5 No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw and purchase of any item does not enhance your chance of winning.

6.7 Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. The winner shall be the named respondent on the randomly selected winning entry.
6.8 Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Promoter.
7. PRIZES
7.1 The prize for the winner shall be
(a) Podium Racing Wheel F1
(b) CSL Elite Pedals
(c) CSL Elite Pedals Load Cell Kit
(d) There will be a maximum of 1 winner. Only one winner will win the prize.
7.2 Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the delivery of the prize, beyond postage. Additionally, the winner is solely responsible for:
(a) all applicable federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income (including in relation to the receipt of the prize, if applicable); and
7.3 All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any part of the prize) with an alternative of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
7.5 The prize as set out above and awarded to the prize winner shall not be used or dealt with in any way that is incompatible with any applicable laws, statutes and regulations relating to bribery and corruption, including but not limited to the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act 1977 and the UK Bribery Act 2010, and the prize winner hereby acknowledges and agrees that no prize issued pursuant to the these Terms and Conditions may be sold or offered for sale or other form of reward or incentive to any third party.
8. WINNER
8.1 There shall be one winner who will be selected by way of a random draw from all entries which submitted the correct answer to the Question and were received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The odds of winning will depend on the number of qualifying entries received.
8.2 The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place after the Closing Date and no later than Friday 11th June 2021, at Promoter’s offices at No.2 St. James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH.
8.3 The winner will be notified by email no later than Friday 18th June 2021 and given details of how to claim their prize.
8.4 If the winner does not respond to Promoter within 7 days of being notified of their win, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will also have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).
8.5 If the winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
8.6 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in to.
8.7 Proof that a valid winner was awarded can be obtained after the date the Prize Draw by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Promoter, for the attention of Chris Mak at Formula 1, No. 2 St. James’s Market, London, SW1Y 4AH.
8.8 Winners are not able to exchange their prizes, which are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other prize.
8.9 Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of similar value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
9. The winner consents to the use by the Promoter and its related companies, both before and after the closing date of the Prize Draw for an unlimited time, of the winner’s voice, still and moving images and name for publicity purposes (in any medium, including still photographs and films, and on the internet, including any websites hosted by the Promoter and its related companies) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice and, in entering the Prize Draw, all entrants consent to the same.
10. Residents of Tennessee or any other U.S. state or other jurisdiction in which it is unlawful to require agreement to a perpetual publicity release as a condition of winning a prize shall not be bound by paragraph 8 to the extent it is lawful.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
12. The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal information you supply in entering this Prize Draw as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen [
https://www.formula1.com/en/toolbar/privacy-policy.html] in accordance with data protection legislation and applicable law. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry, and for the purposes outlined in these Terms and Conditions. The information supplied by you in the associated survey form will be used as described on the survey form.
13. Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from any person other than the Promoter, your details may be passed to such person(s) and organisation(s) that you have consented to receiving marketing communications from.
14. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize. Promoter further disclaims any liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw save to the extent that such liability results from (i) death or personal injury caused by Promoter’s negligence; (ii) Promoter’s fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other reason or by any cause which cannot be excluded by law.
15. Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify, discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its reasonable control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). In the event that Promoter permanently discontinues the Prize Draw pursuant to this paragraph, the entrants in the Prize Draw shall be released from their obligations to Promoter under these Terms and Conditions.
16. Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Prize Draw where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
17. The Prize Draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts. However, you may have statutory or legal rights in the territory where you live which could apply to your entry in the Prize Draw.
